$575/month All Inclusive Utilities Package
The basic utilities package is for 2 adult occupancy maximum and includes: electricity, gas, garbage, water, high speed internet, and Spectrum cable.
$125/month Monthly Cleaning
Monthly cleaning package. $300 cleaning fee waived at move out.
$25/month Digital Nomad Package
Additional home office amenities including external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and office chair.
$25/month Family Package
Additional kid friendly accommodations including baby bath tub, crib, Stokke high chair, children's utensils, and curated toy collection.
$1,000 Pet Security Deposit
Pets allowed on a case by case basis with an extra pet security deposit. We love our pets, but we also love our leather couch and want to make sure pets do not damage it. Thanks for understanding!
Custom Deposits Based on Lease Length
Deposit will be adjusted based on your length of stay but generally a $1,000 security deposit is required for one month, $2,000 for two months and $3,000 for three months or more.
